The host was great and very hospitable. The room was lovely - simple, but clean and I liked a lot the bed with canopy (I valued it even more after staying at other hotels in Sri Lanka which did not have it)

The place is great for short stay, but when you stay 1 day+, there is not much things to do, ocean and city are located far away. The host though took care of me by taking me to pick up the fruits from trees at his other house, it was fun! The cost of additional services seemed a bit high (8 USD per transfer/meal each), but after travelling more around the island, I changed my mind :)
