Je suis venu dans cet hôtel hier avec ma famille. J'avais réservé et payé la nuit avant mon arrivée, mais j'ai été surpris de constater qu'il était complet et que je n'avais plus de place. Au début, ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser et ont menacé de nous attaquer, ma famille et moi, mais j'ai finalement récupéré mon argent et je suis parti. Je ne le recommande pas et je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel est toujours sur Booking.

L’emplacement en ville

Une seule chose à dire , passez votre chemin , vous prendrais juste la meilleure décision . Hotel pitoyable , sale, les tiroirs étaient remplis d’ordures , si bien qu’on est parti avant la fin de notre séjour . on était 5 , l’hôtel stipule que le petit déjeuner est gratuit , sauf que on nous indique que c’est uniquement pour 2 personnes , c’est la première fois que je vois ça . Les tarifs c’est en fonction de l’humeur , un jour 2 cafés à 30dh , un autre jour à 36 , un autre jour à 35. Le temps d’attente pour être servi est au alentours de 30/45 min. La patronne est d’une méchanceté que ce soit avec les clients ou avec ses salariés. La piscine ( que des tables et des chaises ) est ouvert pour les personnes à l’extérieur si bien qu’il n’y a pas de place pour les résidents de l’hôtel ! De plus elle ferme à l’heure du déjeuner du maître nageur. Les chambres sont très petites . Je ne sais même pas pourquoi cet hôtel a 2 étoiles ! Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement à côté de la ville.

The first room they took us to was unclean and smelt of sewage, with a broken tv. The sheets were used (long black hairs on it), I went and showed the staff this. They said their cleaner was ill. We were taken to another room. They were nice to help us with the bags.. The new room was basically the same, there were stains on the sheets, but at least they weren’t recently used (!?). After getting into bed, with the lights off, an hour and a half later (22.30) someone knocked twice loudly on the door. I looked outside the window and asked who it was. It was the guy who checked us in, he said he wanted our passports for the check in. He had clearly forgotten to ask us. But it was odd that he would disturb us so late. I told him as much and that we could do it tomorrow morning. This set a rather ominous tone for the evening. There were strange noises all throughout the night. Be aware that the hotel is on a LOUD road that has trucks throughout the night and that there are lots of stray dogs that bark right next to the hotel. There appeared to be people coming in and out of rooms throughout the night, even though we appeared to be the only guests. There is a gang of staff (all men aged between 18-30) that work there. Not a particularly comfortable atmosphere to stay with a girlfriend. We honestly thought we might get murdered in that place. Barricaded the door with bags. AVOID. Unless you are thrill seekers and fancy an adrenaline pumped sleepless night.

Nothing to like about

1. We were traveling in WINTERat an extremely cold weather, and they did not turn on any of the heaters, despite repeatedly asking them. 2. We kept politely asking them about any alternative to the heating problem, but they kept lying to our faces that they turned them on, and yet we felt like fishes stuck in the freezer. 3. The booking we made included 2 breakfasts, but we were not able to avail the second one as there were no staffs around, even though it was ALREADY 9:30 AM!!! 4. Also, at first they gave us the economy room, and we had to show them the booking that we opted for the family suite. 5. The whole place was unclean, and they kept the water in the pool sooo dirty, like Neisseria already growing in that still water, NO COVER whatsoever, anyone who trips and falls in it, good luck to them.
