"covered all our needs"

It was a nice place: the pool was clean and we had hammocks to seat on. The room also had everything we needed. The personnel was super helpful: everytime we needed something they were there to help us super quick.

Maybe the cleaniness of the room: it could be improved.

Super Lage, wenige Minuten zum Strand. ca. 15 min entfernt von Trincomalee. Für ruhige Ferien ein guter Ort. Schöner Pool, nettes Personal. Grosses Zimmer.

Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Trotz Wifi Router im Zimmer. Ist leider oft so in Sri Lanka. Der Abfluss der Dusche war im Ecken vom Badezimmer, das heisst der ganze Badezimmer Boden war jeweils nass und konnte auch nicht trocknen.

"Super Lage 5 min vom Strand entfernt, netter Hotelier, grosszügiges Zimmer (hatten Standard), Pool war toll für Abends."

Die Lage war top, 3 min Fussweg vom Strand entfernt, einige gute Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Fehlender Haarföhn für Frauen etwas ungünstig.

Na het lezen van meerdere reviews waren we wat bezorgd over onze boeking. Maar alles viel mee. Vriendelijk personeel erg gastvrij. Zij hielpen ons met de boekingen voor de snorkel tour naar Pigeon Island en voor de dolfijnen tour. De kamer zelf was schoon alleen de badkamer niet. We hadden gelukkig wel warm water maar hoorde van meerdere dat zij dat niet hadden. Het zwembad is schoon maar de gebouwen daar omheen, zoals de ontbijtzaal niet. Het ontbijt was ok. Toast met ei, jam en boter. Je merkt dat ze een tekort hebben aan personeel waardoor de hygiëne van verschillende ruimtes achterblijft. Zonde, want het hotel heeft wel potentie. Is dicht bij het strand, heeft een heerlijk zwembad en er zit een groot balkon aan de kamers.

De badkamer is erg klein en niet schoon. Net zoals de andere ruimtes van het hotel.

De accommodate was zeer verrassend.. mooi opgezet en lekker zwembad. Lekkere bedden, ontbijtje lekker. De manager was super vriendelijke en meedenkend. Heerlijk verblijf!.. Jammer dat we hier 1 nacht hadden geboekt en weer door moesten anders waren we zeker langer gebleven..😃
