It is a clean place to sleep. Expensive for what it is. It is a 20 minute walk to the old town so not a great location, however it is next to bus station where you can take the bus to Sidi Ifni or Mirleft, and the Grand taxi station.

Too far away from the old town, when I went back to Tiznit I stayed within the old city walls and it was much better and a lot cheaper.
