there is no supermarket near the hotel because of the distance from the City center. in several times in the day we didn't have electricity

This hotel is not set up for tourists. It went from being deserted on the first evening - we weren’t allowed to eat in the restaurant, had to have dinner sat on the floor in our room - to being a venue for a wedding the next day, so still not allowed to eat in restaurant. The corridor next to the room conducts a lot of noise (could hear karaoke rehearsals coming from downstairs) and the rooms are not soundproofed. We couldn’t even sit in the garden, as it was also for the wedding, so we left and found a real hotel to stay in. It shouldn’t be on Booking.com if this happens often, which I expect it does as it has a big function room downstairs. Overall, firstly depressing, and then deafening. Good choice to leave!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming - the receptionist spoke English. The view from the rooms was very nice - we had two rooms overlooking the lake. They were neat and tidy, the bathrooms clean. Spacious restaurant downstairs. WiFi was included and working well in the rooms as well as the restaurant.

Unfortunately, there weren't many vegetarian offers on the menu. The bathroom windows are faced towards the hallway (but high up so no one can look inside) but it can be a bit noisy at times, you might hear people in the hallway or the rooms next to you. It is a little off-track, but it's well-suited if you need a place as a stop over in Tana.

It is a very quiet location, and the bungalow was the perfect size for my usage. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was very secure and close to the airport.

It could have been better if the room had a kettle with complimentary coffee and tea. The mosquito net was too small for the poster bed.
