The reception man is so amazing he is helpful and well advising without him I would not stay in this property one more day

The room Vue also was no TV working , either the room was not equipped with nothing

I want to hilight that Mr. Hansa has been the most welcoming and supportive person during my stay in this place. You can 100% rely on him and his hard work to make your stay comfortable and help you feeling good in every way without even seeing the struggles. He has a genuine sense of customer service and I wish him all the best for the future because he deserves a real care. He is a 10/10 professional and this comes from an extended experience of travelling around the world. The rest of the team was also kind and welcoming. They picked me up from the ferry boat and helped with my heavy luggage. The restaurant waiter was serving very politely and calmly, which was appreciated to me. The room was absolutely well cleaned by mid-stay. Location is a bit far from main activities but if you roam around the island for a couple of days, everything will be fine from this point which will allow you to access the more local and quiet side of the island. Every day, you’re entitled to one bottle of water, which is very much appreciated. Had a room upgrade thanks to my genius account, absolutely worth it!

The WiFi connection from my room and from restaurant was too far, so I had to stay in the relaxing area inside for this purpose. Not that I did not like but room for improvement : can be added an umbrella to the roof top, would make it perfect :)

Clean and comfy room with a nice view, good sized bathroom with amenities provided and warm water. Staff were very friendly. Location was 15 minute walk from bikini beach, which I liked as it was very quiet but good to keep in mind if you want somewhere closer. Staff offered to let me store my luggage after checkout if needed.

The WiFi barely worked the entire time I was there. Either it would connect but have no internet, or just couldn't connect at all. Breakfast didn't start until 8am even though lots of tours started at 7am. You get free water each day but you had to ask for it, instead of it just being offered to you. They offered me late checkout on my final day, then told me at 11am that actually I couldn't have it after all..
