Best place, best staff they treat you like a family, they let me do a late checkout for free, they are so nice and always smiling, the room was big and the breakfast is good

It was nice of the place to organise a speed from the airport to the island (an assigned person is always by the help desk to assist you& give you all the details about the speed boat). The toilet staff is absolute friendly and lovely people. The staff comes picks you & drops you off at the pier. Simple and same breakfast everyday. Room clean Workking AC & Fan Water provided with coffee. Toilet paper provided. Shower gel provided. No shampoo Z& conditioner provided. Has hot water. Clean and extra towels provided upon asking Good wifi.

• My room had a window which I couldn't open as outside was dirty. The place wasn't inviting. The entrance area has water dripping from the ceiling and can get abit smelly. The shower handle was so loose it fell off multiple times. They charge you extra when you use international card. They also charge I think $10 extra / day for tax unsure how it works. They're able to organise boats for you.

In three years of traveling, this was one of the services that disappointed me the most.

I asked them three questions on WhatsApp and they didn't know how to answer. They have no knowledge of local transportation. The WhatsApp agent wasn't friendly or able to talk. The staff is poorly trained. For the price, choose another place.
