Hotel San Felipe de Jesus Yucatan

A simple but charming hotel. Staff are friendly. Great views on the top floor for anyone interested in birds. All the herons, ibis, spoonbills, storks, frigates, pelicans, flamingos, gulls, terns, cormorants you could wish for are viewable from your private deck. Restaurant makes decent food.

Great hotel for fishing enthusiasts. Our room had 3 beds and a balcony overlooking the ocean.

The place and the people were great

The air conditioning machine from the above room was too noisy. A pitty to sleep with earplugs in such a beautiful and otherwise quiet place!

Small quiet village. The hotel is very interesting. Colourful with many different things inside. Looks like whole village brought everything there. But it makes it special. Owners very friendly. Nice local cafes. We had very beautiful room with ocean view

The hotel was the best we were in, in Mexico. The room was big with the most beautiful views just to the ocean and mangrove part, we could see pelicans sitting around the hotel. The terrace of the hotel had beers and the best ceviche. We enjoyed the stay very much there.

Just that San Felipe is not the most popular destination, but it is still very close to the Rio Lagartos and Las Coloradas.

Nice view on the laguna. Room also has a nice terrace. Comfortable beds

There were quite a lot of ants in the room. We had to throw food out as the ants found their way inside.

The atmosphere of San felipe and the hotel was great. Very relaxing. The room has a big great window in front of the sea. The owner has two sweet racoon and sometime you can see them. The hotel offers also breakfast and dinner. All good!
