Hotel Olivia

ambiance is good. food is good.

lighting is dim. more light will be better and brighter.

Room was dark with a broken window to the street. Lightbulb missing in the bathroom. I had no internet connection in my room and the lobby I had to use to make phone calls was dominated by noisy children. The price has nearly doubled in the past year I will not return here although I have regular business in Nogales.

Clerk was nice enough. Bit of a language barrier, as I do not speak much Spanish, but he tried hard to help me understand. The room was clean and serviceable. I liked having the street view.

I had made the reservation in the Web. Opted for one of the better rooms, but was given an average room. OTOH, I was charged the appropriate rate.
