We didn’t even stay it’s a $20 hostel not boutique 5* The pool is a joke there’s 3 cabins It’s dark dingy full of mosquito They don’t sell wine. Sorry but for $300 a night this is a no way

Le cenote est spectaculaire et très privé, le personnel est adorable.

Les problèmes d’eau chaude, de wifi, d’eau tout court une nuit. Le petit déjeuner commence à 9:00, un peu tard pour profiter de la journée. Le dîner est très tôt 20:00 max. Pas de geste commercial après tous les désagréments. Un peu dommage étant donné le prix de la nuit.

The cabin way very well maintainwd and equipped. Many courtesy gifts offered: snacks, drinks. The Cenote is amazigh and being able to enjoy it alone was fantastic. The staff is really friendly, speaks English (which is not so frequent in that area), very attentive and helpful.

I enjoyed the location and being in nature. I loved that the property owns the cenote and you have access to it. It was awesome that you get a concierge and they recommend places to eat on the way and places to visit. The room was fantastic and you get to sleep next to the jungle in a comfy bed with your private shower. They offer snacks and you have to plan your meals in advance, which was unique but understandable given the location.

We had dinner at the cenote and I personally got bitten more than 100 times by mosquitoes, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve put plants to divert the mosquitoes or offered bug repellent, it was very uncomfortable. The food was not good also, and they didn’t have everything that was offered in the menu. I honestly don’t believe it’s worth the price.

Amazing stay- such an incredible location in the middle of the jungle, staff were so great looking after us - had the most amazing fire in the middle of the jungle and a private cenote. Breakfast was delicious, room was super comfortable, all in all a great slice of luxury in the middle of an amazing jungle location
