Hotel Madero

Excelente ubicacion, y el personal muy amable, en lo personal me quede ahi por un concierto cercano y todo perfecto.

Solamente hubo un error en la habitación que me asignaron; pedi matrimonial y me dieron una con 2 individuales, fuera de eso, todo perfecto.

The problem was the receptionist and lack of information/hospitality. The receptionist was aware we parked our car jn front of the hotel and did nothing to warn us that we shouldn't park there, let alone recommended a better location. There was a line of cars parked in front of the hotel, and we parked among them. In the morning, our car was no longer there. There was another receptionist in the morning, and he didn't do anything to help us get the car back. Let's just say it was a very expensive night at the hotel. The room was fine, except the beds which were super uncomfortable, as well as sheets which are made out of a weird plastic-like material. Definitely not worth the money.
