"Pleasant"

Location is good for day trips to the waterfalls etc! Parking behind the cage also felt safe! However I would recommend Xilitla more, because it’s quiet and this place is next to the main road

Alarm at the neighbour going off the whole night so no possibility to sleep on night 1

"Helpful staff but bad experience due to drunk people partying right outside our bedr the whole night"

The facilities are in decent conditions except for the linens and bathroom which were a bit dirty. The staff was very kind and helpful even though it was hard to get in touch with them at first as they were not answering the calls when we got there.

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice experience due to a bunch of drunk people who were partying right outside our bedroom the whole night. We want to believe that this was bad luck. However, there's still a lot of noise as the place is located in a busy avenue. Despite of the setbacks we had, the staff was very helpful and kind to us.

"In and out"

Andrea (staff) was wonderful gave us suggestions of waterfalls to visit. Ac, comfy beds and Hot water to bathe available. Hotel is located outskirts of the town of which you quickly get back on the road.
