"ESTAFA, NO IR !!!!"

Nada, este hostel es un estafa, las reservas a través de Booking no existen. Aceptan el pago pero no proporcionan el servicio.

Hice la reserva a través de Booking, pagué y al llegar al hostel me dijeron que no tenía reserva diciéndome que no sabía nada de Booking. Total que pagué y no pude alojarme. Es una estafa.

Es un FRAUDE. El hotel no debería estar dado de alta en la aplicación, hice mi reserva pagada en línea y cuando llegué una persona en estado inconveniente me niega el acceso y dice que no hay habitaciones. Me comenta que el no sabe ni puede hacer nada y obvio perdí mi dinero

Pésima experiencia, te hacen pagar antes de la reserva, no es reembolsable, llegas al hotel y te comentan que no hay habitaciones disponibles, tampoco te ayudan para recuperar lo de tu reserva, dicen que no eres el primero al que le pasa, dando a entender que lo hacen a propósito. La ubicación es a dos cuadras de la avenida principal pero eso no ayuda si no hay un hotel al cual llegar.
