Traumhaft feines Essen!

Very unique stay! Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. Our kids loved the pool and we even had a late night visit from an elephant! The tree was very creative in our room, you could even hear it creaking when there was wind.

Little to no WiFi. Kids playground area was not very safe with lots of spider webs. The road was a bit difficult to drive as well (very remote)

The place is set in a lovely lush garden and has a nice little pool to chill off after the day. The rooms were spacious, the furniture was in perfect condition. The staff was really nice and friendly.

Indeed there is cc 10 minutes ride on a bumpy road but we thought the lovely setting was well worth it.

El baño huele un poco mal, no hay agua caliente exceptuando un pequeño calentador eléctrico que no es suficiente para ducharse (además tuvimos la mala suerte que hubo una avería que nos dejó sin agua unas horas). Tuvimos unos vecinos muy ruidosos. El servicio tampoco nos gusto en ningún caso.

Tolle Natur, grüne Anlage. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und mit frischem Obst.

Wo kommen die 4 Sterne her? Das Zimmer war klein und düster (hatten eigentlich das Deluxe Zimmer - davon war nichts zu merken). Das Bad war grenzwertig (Sanitäranlagen sind nicht richtig befestigt, es wirkt nicht sauber). Man bekommt zwei große Handtücher, zwei kleine gab es erst gar nicht. Nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir auch fragen. Dreckige Läufer vorm Bad. Der Boden hat geklebt. Zwei mal hatten wir Kakerlaken im Zimmer... Super eklig. Ja, man ist in der Natur und die Tiere gibt es da nunmal. Aber bei 4 Sterne erwartet man einfach einen ganz anderen Standart! Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Die Poolliegen haben keine Auflagen. Einen Sonnenschirm haben wir erst bekommen, nachdem unser Fahrer das Hotel darauf angesprochen hat... Die Jungs die dort für das Hotel zuständig sind, sprechen so gut wie kein Englisch... Schwierig. Alles in Allem gibt es viel Potential, was aber überhaupt nicht ausgeschöpft wird. Dadurch wirkt es sehr lieblos. Ach ja: das "schnelle Internet" mit was geworben wird ist faktisch nicht vorhanden... Wir waren froh, dass unsere Zeit nach 3 Nächten dort vorbei war.

Staff was very friendly, both the guys in kitchen/garden as well as the manager. Food was very good. Kothu was fantastic. Swimming pool is clean
