No, esta muy lejos del centro y no tiene clima. Quisimos cancelar y tampoco nos aceptaron la cancelación, Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel.

Olvidamos unos tenis y no nos los regresaron.

Atención del personal y su accesibilidad, se solicitaron cambios y muy amables se adaptaron.

Que no es la distancia quien aparece, nosotros llevamos carro y era de 10 a 15 minutos y mencionan que están cerca del centro.

I did not like anything about this place.

This hotel was nothing like what was advertised online. On the first day I arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper in the room, and I had to go downstairs to request these basic necessities from the front desk. There were also no complimentary water bottles provided. The overall condition of the room was very disappointing. The bedding did not appear clean—the sheets were old and worn out, which made the room feel unsanitary. The room was also extremely hot, and although there was a fan, it did little to improve the temperature or comfort. Additionally, the shower curtain was falling down and was only being held up by two broken hooks, which further reflected the poor maintenance of the room. Overall, I was very uncomfortable during my stay. I felt the room was dirty and poorly maintained, which made it difficult to relax, rest, or sleep. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again if I return to Cuetzalan del Progreso.

Tuve un problema personal y un día antes hice la cancelación y no te resuelven nada el dueño le echa la culpa a Booking y Booking solo dice comunicarse al lugar. Las habitaciones apestan a drenaje y solo tienen ventilador que no alcanza a enfriar nada,
