Awesome Place

Fantastische locatie, weg uit de drukte van Ella. Super aardig personeel, ze doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. We zouden hier zeker weer teruggaan.

Awesome place was niet bereikbaar met de bus waarin we rondgereisd hebben. Je wordt opgewacht bovenaan de weg en met tuktuks naar beneden gehobbeld. Je moet er dus even iets voor over hebben, maar de locatie maakt alles meer dan goed.

Nothing as others have said bumpy ride off main road but it’s no problem staff can sort taxis or Tuk tuks

Incredible views which we enjoyed from our room and from the incredible seating area over looking the valley. This was an oasis of beauty and allowed for terrific bird watching too.

Food was pleasant but not amazing and a bit expensive. The shuttle tuk tuk from the main road was fun but be warned it is slow and very bumpy and consequently a bit jarring. Well worth it though as you arrive to a genuinely breathtaking site.

The view... just incredible. Superfriendly staff, great food, and again, that view.

One of the nicest places we stayed in during our three and a half week tour of Sri Lanka. Large rooms with decent showers and comfortable beds. Amazing views. Very friendly and helpful staff and tasty meals. Downside was that is located at some distance from Ella and the last 15 minutes is hardly possible to do without a 4 wheel drive or tuktuk. So it is a awesome place if you like staying at a beautiful location with all the luxury and service you wish. If you want to enjoy Ella and it's business and entertainment, this it not your place. We enjoyed staying here a lot.

Wow! How do you put into words one of the most amazing 24 hours of hospitality. We are a family of 3, traveling with a 3 year old and this is an experience I’ll never forget. Every detail was amazing. Two large beds, huge bathroom and a view that takes your breath away. The food and drinks were delicious, the love given to our little boy was so beautiful, he didn’t want to leave and Rubi the little ginger cat got all the love in the world. It’s a fun Tuk Tuk ride just up from 98 acres, and so worth it. If you’re looking for an unforgettable hotel experience, out of the chaos this is it.

Un lieu unique, accroché à flanc de montagne, très calme, avec une vue sublime ! Les chambres sont très agréables, offrant un panorama sur les montagnes environnantes magnifique. Le restaurant est bon et le moment du petit déjeuner avec la nature à perte de vue devant soi est magique. Très belle piscine et personnel absolument adorable !

Pour rejoindre l’hôtel, il faut emprunter une petite route caillouteuse durant 15 mn que seuls les tuk tuk peuvent prendre. Arrivés de nuit, ce fut un peu impressionnant mais finalement au petit matin, on slalome entre les plantations de thé. L’éloignement d’Ella est un peu contrariant mais si on recherche du calme et de quiétude, c’est là qu’il faut aller !

Schitterend uitzicht, waanzinnige kamer, uitstekend eten. Dit is de beste accomodatie van onze 16daagse reis in Sri Lanka. Ook de manager Thusitha en het overige personeel waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De laatste 2km stonden gratis tuktuks van het hotel klaar om je over een onverhard pad te vervoeren. De rit naar beneden duurde ca. 20 min.
