Awesome Place

Ett boende som var en upplevelse utöver det vanliga.

Awesome place was awesome to stay. Wish we got to stay longer at such a beautiful location. Staff and facilities were wonderful. The view from the pool was epic and wish we got more time to kick back and relax.

Didn’t quite realise the location and how far out of town it was, but this was our fault for not doing enough research. We had a driver for our time in Sri Lanka and due to the conditions of the road down to the accomodation we couldn’t drive down there. The staff did mentioned the road was meant to be getting replaced. The resulted in a longer journey to the accomodation off the main road.

All the staff were amazing and in particular the hotel manager who always checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and if we needed anything. The view from the hotel would have been amazing too but unfortunately we didn’t get the weather but no doubt any one that does will enjoy a stunning view. The rooms were also very nice and modern and the facilities such as the pool and restaurant were great. The location of the hotel is ideal for people that want to be secluded and not near Ella centre

There were a few things we thought could have been improved: - Our tap in our bathroom needed a stone wedged in it to ensure it didn’t run when closed - The door lock for the room is right at the bottom of the door - The road to the hotel from the main road requires 4x4 as it is very uneven and rocky and therefore our driver couldn’t get to it, however the hotel did kindly arrange for transport from the main road - The restaurant is slightly more expensive than others in Ella but that is because you can’t really easily go out and eat anywhere else - There was construction at the site which was fine and not too distracting but it would have been nice to know before we had got there

The view of the place is outstanding. Service was impeccable and super available. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset with a delicious cocktail and snacks. Room and bed are super conformable, and the view in the morning is just wow. Highly recommend this place, it’s worth its name.

Super Beautiful views across to the hills from our room, the pool and restaurant. Great room with veranda to hang out on. Staff were super lovely and helpful. Big breaky spread.

The cost of transport charged between town and accom (5,000 each time for four people). Restaurant seems expensive (compared to Ella prices).

Awesome Place was gorgeous and quirky and with the most amazing view.

The road down to it was bumpy but it’s being sealed in the next couple of weeks.

A wonderful place approximately 10kms outside of Ella. Wonderful staff that were attentive, friendly & very helpful. Daily breakfasts were a treat. Beautiful scenery and true place of serenity's

Honestly, the distance from Ella is difficult to contend with & the last few kms is hard - very bouncy & slow (extremely slow). We actually moved into Ella city on our last night as the distance detracted from our experience.

La vue est exceptionnelle. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. L ambiance avec la petite cheminée est super sympa. Service gratuit de navettes pour aller vers l hôtel. Très belle piscine.

Insonorisation des chambres. Le petit déjeuner sans jus de fruits ou bouteille d eau. L accès à l hôtel pas très praticable, heureusement que les navettes gratuites sont présentes. Les prix des plats sont assez élevés.
