Le fait d'enlever le petit déjeuner avec une demi heure d'avance sur le planning que vous donnez. Comme ci vous voulez que les clients s'en aillent, cela met mal à l'aise par rapport à la clientèle. La qualité des repas du soir sont encore à travailler, pas assez de garniture pour le prix.
