I have visited this place before, and everything was wonderful, but my last stay was very disappointing. While the hotel and its staff were great, I’m lowering my rating due to the service at the restaurant during breakfast. On both days, the service was terrible. As a hotel guest with breakfast included, I felt ignored. It was clear that the restaurant prioritized guests who came in from the street since they might leave tips, while hotel guests wouldn’t. This was disheartening and ruined the overall experience of my stay. I also noticed that the food at the restaurant wasn’t as delightful as it used to be. Additionally, I was surprised that after checking in, the room was not replenished with water on subsequent days. These small details left a negative impression. Considering these experiences, I’m unsure if I will return. The price does not match the quality, and I sincerely hope these aspects will be improved.
