- Kamin mit Sessel und Couch im Gemeinschaftsbereich - Balkon im Gemeinschaftsbereich - Couch und Sessel mit Couchtisch im eigenem Zimmer - Fernseher vorhanden - Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee - sehr großes Zimmer

- keine Seife im eigenen Badezimmer - 1. Stock mit sehr enger Treppe - sehr laut tickende Uhr - Vorhänge zu weit innen, keine gute Abdunklung. Straßenlaterne scheint am Vorhang vorbei direkt ins Bett - zu wenig Toilettenpapier bei nur 1 Nacht Aufenthalt - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter entfernt - sehr teure Preise für Sauna etc. - kein Haustürschlüssel, Einlass durch Klingeln
