The place is as advertised. The staff are hospitable and cater to your every need. Highly recommend to try the beef tagine. One of the best tagines ever! The chef is truly amazing. Abdul Ali was very helpful with his tips on the surrounding area and places to visit.

Location great. Superb spacious rooms. Absolutely fabulous staff. Very peaceful and relaxing. Pool delightful. Fatima’s cooking exceptional. Maloud went over and above to sort a significant car problem for us which enabled us to explore the area and the Falls.

Give us a few months and we might think of something……or perhaps not!

Le premier jour nous arrivons a l'hotel , et nous voyons que tout les caractéristiques indiquée sur votre site ne correspond pas et ne s'applique a l'hôtel et ne merite pas les trois étoiles et demi et ceci est un hotel que je déconseille très fortement a votre clientèles. Certaines portes de chambres leurs poignets ne marche pas, ceux des toilette sont littéralement brisé en deux et ensuite il n'y a pas de télévision et la propreté des toilettes et douche sont désastreuses.

I couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is beautiful and nearly brand new. Immediately upon arrival we were treated like family. Last minute they kept kitchen open for us for late dinner. The pool is fabulous, matching their well maintained grounds. Rooms are as seen in the photos w balcony, comfortable beds etc. I would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast

Location of this hotel is excellent. It is just outside the village beside the Ouzoud Waterfalls. The whole region is incredibly scenic. You can walk to the falls, the source of the Ouzoud falls. There is an incredible old village viewable from just outside the grounds (turn right on exit). Approx 5-6 mins walk. The village can also be driven to by a track off the main road. A hidden secret in the area. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Abdul was a pleasure to deal with and Moulid who met us when we arrived late on the first night. They serve dinner at night and were happy to facilitate us despite our late arrival. Food was traditional and excellent. This area is a gem and the hotel being brand new and designed in the old Riad style will only get better as it gets established. The swimming pool is brand new and was being filled during our stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxed vacation in this most beautiful area.

There is nothing particularly negative about this hotel. Staff are so enthusiastic. As mentioned by some other reviews the open design of the hotel with the open atrium (Riad style) and tiles/concrete floors means sounds can travel. This seemed to apply all over Morocco unless one picked a modern box style hotel. Given the value and location it would not bother us.

This is an awesome place to stay. The rooms are so new and clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Abdul Nabi thanks for all the help. The swimming pool is nog finished yet but Abdul arranged for us that we could take a swim at a friendly hotel in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is plenty and very delicious. Diner was also freshly made and I recommend everyone to try the Rfisa. The location is great when you're visiting Ouzoud Waterfalls or Been Al Widane. Just outside the hussle and bussle but close enough. We are looking forward to coming back here next year.
