"Super stay in San Cristobal de las casas"

I had a wonderful stay at Na Hotel. The property is located on a quiet street in San Cristóbal de las Casas, just a short walk from the city center. My spacious apartment was on the top floor, fully equipped with everything I needed, and offered an incredible panoramic view of the entire city. The owners were absolutely amazing—very welcoming, warm, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return!

The only minor issue was that I saw two cockroaches, likely coming through the shower pipes, but I understand this is a common occurrence in the area and not something within the owners’ control.

The couple that runs the hotel are extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect for all San Cristóbal activities and the building and rooms are beautiful with amazing views.

"Nice Property, Great Beds, Handy Location, Quiet"

This is a lovely property located near the city center. The room's are spacious and the mattresses superbly comfortable. It was very quiet and overall quite pleasant.

The reception is not manned and it is not always easy to arrange to speak to a staff member. They are quite responsive via Whatsapp but could make an effort to do so in English when the guest is doing so (I now had to use Google Translate for every message).

Very nice hotel with an exceptionally nice bed. The hosts are very kind and facilitated an early check in. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the shower was hot, purified water (both hot and cold) was offered on site for free, and the bed was leagues above the average hotel bed for a similar price. Thread count! The location is great and the terrace is pleasant. If I return to San Cristobal, I will be staying at Na hotel, and I will recommend it to anyone who asks. Great value!

Everything. Cleanest place I have stayed. The place is modern and beautiful. The host is super attentive and keeps your room with fresh towels. 5 star quality bedding. Slept like a princess.

I liked how it was walking distance to many restaurants. felt super safe here and the staff was super nice . Rooms were comfortable. we had a great experience

The bathrooms are kind of small if you’re sharing with 3+ more people
