Il n'y a pas de climatisation, même si c'était mentionné dans l'annonce. La chambre est très étroite, pas plus de 6 m². L'annonce indique également une superficie de 20 m². La salle de bain est spacieuse, mais l'arrosage automatique est installé, et on a l'impression qu'il s'agit d'un arrosage automatique municipal.
