Une expérience tres regrettable. Personnel de réception impoli et peu professionnel. Le dîner au restaurant était médiocre (petite Quantité et peu de choix). Pour un 4 étoiles, nous attendions un accueil chaleureux et une cuisine raffinée, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Nous ne recommandons pas." On ne sait pas qui gère cet hôtel. Je suis très très déçu de séjourner dans ce 4 étoiles sur papier.

"Disappointing Stay, Bad communication"

The cleanness of the hotel was remarkable, the cleaning staff were doing amazing job. The snack staff were exceptionally amazing and attentive to their work!

The hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me or Booking.com! Just because they had a group coming, they canceled my reservation! A new front desk staff member went back and forth to solve the issue just after they called the hotel manager, who authorized giving me a room.
