La atención de la chica Alondra y todo muy bien explicado, la señal wifi de lo mejor, tiene buena cobertura y mega rápida, la verdad me volveré a hospedar a mi regreso a Palenque

Sólo que cuando se acaba el papel higiénico no hay personal de lo demás está excelente para pasar la noche, no hay ruidos extraños ni nada

Excellent location, very responsive and polite staff, great room, clean and nicely built and equipped, very comfortable mattress, nice building. Excellent value for money!!

I would like to have a small refrigerator in the room, or at least a common one.

Tiene excelente ubicación, mucha seguridad y está cerca de restaurantes. Puedes encontrar desayunos, comida y cena a unos pasos del lugar :) para el precio me pareció bastante aceptable

Solo poner un poco de atención a la humedad de las habitaciones
