Ksar Sultan Dades - Dades Valley Retreat

Very clean and quite modern.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, and the decor had a lovely traditional touch. Breakfast was tasty and served with a smile. Overall, great hospitality from the staff.

The road leading to the hotel was not paved, which made the drive a bit difficult, especially with a regular car.

Gorgeous property overlooking the city with fabulous rooms and facilities. A great breakfast! Parking outside. Kitchen onsite with a set menu.

Didn’t realise it was not close to town which meant you had to eat at the hotel.

Ksar Sultan has a spectacular location on a hill above the town with great views. The hotel is very smart with a good reception area and a large patio with a pool. The restaurant is large enough for guests and has panoramic windows. The staff are friendly and professional about their duties. The room was well decorated and the shower was hot. Everywhere was clean and well presented.

The journey from the town to the Ksar is on twisty steep and narrow gravel roads. It's not the faint hearted. Once there the Ksar seems perfect but they do not accept card payments at all which could be problematic. Dinner was very good and surprisingly inexpensive but there was no choice. It was simply given to us take it or leave it. We were not offered drinks at all although other tables seemed to have been.

Venue was beautiful. Surroundings lovely and quiet.

There was no hot water on the first day. They did not have an iron.

The view is really great. We also had dinner and breakfast and it was really good as well. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming.

The location was a bit hard to get to, especially when you follow google maps which takes you through the more difficult route. Thankfully we met a really helpful hotel staff who showed us up to the top
