Staff was very nice

Elevador didn't worked had to use stairs all the way to 3rd floor, had rain water coming in the hallways and stairs, the shower was plug and didn't had hot water, gym didn't worked for the weights or the treadmill,

Excellent customer service. Breakfast is really good. The room was well maintained and was very clean.

Parking lot is limited to small number of cars, but is workable.
