La chambre était correcte, mais nous avons vécu un incident très inquiétant : quelqu’un a frappé sur la porte de notre voiture en pleine nuit sur le parking de l’hôtel. Avant de réserver, nous avions pourtant appelé pour confirmer que le parking était sécurisé. Or, ce parking est en réalité commun entre les clients de l’hôtel et les visiteurs du bar, ce qui engendre ce genre d’incidents ainsi que beaucoup de disputes et de bruit en pleine nuit. Le responsable nous a également promis de nous envoyer les vidéos des caméras de surveillance, mais à ce jour, nous n’avons toujours rien reçu. Ce manque de sécurité, de transparence et de suivi est inadmissible et a vraiment gâché notre séjour.
