Dirty, uncomfortable and very old style rooms.

バスターミナルの隣のため多少騒音を覚悟していたがブラインドとダブル窓があったため、それほどうるさく感じなかった。シングルベッド2つで部屋狭い、を案内されたが、ダブルベッドが良いことを伝えると違う部屋を案内してくれた。受付の女性は英語は今ひとつだったが対応は◎。ただ3階なのでスーツケースを自分で持って上がる必要はあった。

エレベーターはありません、部屋によっては自分でスーツケースを運ぶ必要あり。 ベッドメイキングが雑、シャワーがぬるい。

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First of all, the toilet in my room was not clean upon arrival. This is unacceptable for any hotel, as cleanliness should be the minimum standard provided to guests. Starting a stay with poor hygiene immediately creates discomfort and frustration. Secondly, the constant noise throughout the day and night made it almost impossible to relax or sleep. Whether it was loud guests, poor sound insulation, or general disturbances, the hotel clearly failed to provide a peaceful environment. What bothered me the most was the behavior of the hotel staff. They knocked on my door several times in a way that made me feel like I had done something wrong. Instead of treating guests with respect and professionalism, their actions made me feel uncomfortable and even disrespected. No guest should feel intimidated or disturbed during their stay. Overall, this hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, staff behavior, and noise management. I would not recommend it unless significant changes are made.
