"We have used booking. Com for a 4 week trip and this was not up to standard."

Noise. Curtains broken hanging off rail. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Towel rail broken and hanging down. Short staffed. No coffee one morning. Had to request towels. Poor exchange rate as they requested local currency. Disappointed withSphinx and Booking .com
