Hotel Asmara

The staff were lovely and very helpful. However they were so busy in the cafe that the hotel lacked the attention it deserved. It could have been cleaner.

The stuff was super super friendly, everything was there and you could very easily feel home

The bathroom is a little bit open/ if its dark outsideand light inside you can see everything

Poor comms, no response to multiple emails from myself and booking.com. All morrocans will rob you of every penny they can get. I will never travel to Morocco again, much better countries out there. Got charged 40 eur for my bag even though it was only 3 kilo over. That's just a half of it. Money grabbing.

The location was right next to the gate for the medina, the check-in time in very practical and there's parking literally under the hotel, also the staff was very friendly. It's super value for money

Could be a little cleaner

The hotel is more than okay. It provides you with everything you need and is cheap. But you get what you pay for. Don't expect a 5-star luxury room.
