Terrass Hotel Zamora

Everything, building staff, cleanest, cafeteria, Restaurant, buuuuttt, the room bath needs more things, like hand cream, hairdryer, tissue Kleenex, hand clothes, better quality toilet paper.

Short things in the bathroom, better quality bath towels too.

Very well located in Centro and had a view of three churches including the cathedral from our balcony. Delicious breakfast with great service and the best view in the whole town from the restaurant on the top floor.

Location and employees

only 2 towels in the room ( bath and hand ) no coffee maker, no a small fridge, not a small safe, no hair dryer, only 1 trash can in the room, I thing that over pay for my room

Dirty room, grey sheets with stains, broken light in washroom that wasn’t fixed during 3 days of stay, even after multiple requests. Staff was nice in general and restaurant on the rooftop has a great view…

Location

Very basic

The location was closed to the the main square. Friendly service, and the buffet was very well stocked.

I didn't like the fact that as a guest, we were only limited to a certain plate, but not the full buffet. Also, they need to provide tissue for the bathroom and perhaps some hair washing products. I would also appreciate a hair dryer.
