Fabián y el personal de la recepción fueron muy amables y amistosos. El hotel está limpio y super bien ubicado; y las habitaciones están bien cuidadas

El personal de la cocina son un poco mal encarados, pero el desayuno está bien.

Prachtige ruime kamer. Mooi ingericht en zeer schoon. Lekkere shampoo en zeep. Hele centrale locatie bij strand en in dorpje. Aardig personeel en prima ontbijt.

Het zwembad werd niet schoongemaakt de dag nadat het had geregend en gewaaid. Pas dag daarna werd het schoongemaakt, maar wel pas na opening van het zwembad om 9.00 uur. Verder was kamer wat gehorig, maar niet storend.

La ubicación es excelente, es acogedora y con encanto. El personal es atento. Tiene agua embotellada gratuita y accesible.Toallas de playa si es que las necesitas. Los desayunos son completos y con posibilidad de elección. Me encantó tanto Holbox que alargue tres noches más para disfrútalo.

La piscina no estaba muy limpia.

"loved holbox"

Great location for the lovely seaside village of Holbox. The rooms are like motel rooms off the open air thouroughfare going to breakfast bar and pool. Felt a bit exposed with everyone walking outside our window but we had last room available. Upstairs would have been better.
