Conte Hotel & Restaurant

The staff were amazing and super helpful. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, and the location in Perast was perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable, despite our room's many imperfections.

A TLDR: A hotel with fantastic potential, if they can fix inconsistent maintenance and severe noise issues. Annex B and specifically room 33 are a nightmare. These are located right next to another hotel's bar and have zero sound insulation. We could hear every sound, every conversation, including Davey and his mates shouting and chugging beers at 1am (I really hope you find better friends Davey). We could also hear our neighbours upstairs and next door. We couldn't help but notice the connecting door to our neighbours room also remained unlocked, with no keys provided to lock the door. The air conditioning did not work during our stay, and due to the noise outside and broken mosquito nets we couldn't keep the windows open. The room ended up unbelievably hot and humid as a result. The curtains are inconsistent. While there are shutters over some windows, you cannot shut them properly since the moquito nets are broken and cant be moved, and the door has absolutely nothing covering it. This also did not contribute to a good night's rest for us. We also really missed proper towel hooks in the bathroom, we ended up having to use the room's chairs. The maintenance issues stretched further, mostly minor, to broken lights, and a 'smart' TV that couldn't connect to anything. Some of these are admittedly nitpicky, but for the price point and the season I would expect at least some basics. From other reviews here I can see we are not the only ones with these concerns in this Annex.

El mejor alojamiento en Perast,ubicación excelente, restaurant muy reconocido,personal sumamente amable. Todo se hace a pie, el auto se deja afuera y te transportan con carrito. Desayuno 5 estrellas, al lado del mar en galeria soñada

Was beautiful considering its a heritage property and with a view to the bay. Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 3/4.

Specific to our room which was right above a restaurant was a bit noisy. Unless you shut the windows.

How central it was to Perast

The parking was a bit tricky. There’s no reserved space for hotel guests, you just have to find parking in the free parking outside the town.

Siento que el precio es un poco más elevado, ya que me instalaron en uno de los anexos del hotel, pero el sitio cumple con las expectativas. no pude disfrutar tanto de los servicios del hotel al estar en el anexo.

Not enough hot water for showers in the villa.

It is in a beautiful location right by the sea. When we came back, the room had already been warmed for us, which was very thoughtful. The staff were all kind, gentle, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Lovely location overlooking the water. Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Taxi pick up from airport arranged via the hotel was smooth and easy. We utilised the Bus stop at end of pedestrian area to visit Kotor.
