Elan Luxury Apartments & Rooms

Mountains view, parking place behind the hotel. Great bar and tasty food.

Dirty rooms (dust), no drinks to the brakefast (just free water)- they charged me additional for coffee and tea.

It was excellent, the service, the rooms and the lounge bar. I reccomend these apartments for people who wish to have all their expectations met.

The apartment was exceptional clean, staffs were very nice, polite and friendly, balcony was very spacious. The hotel lounge bar offers food as well, breakfast and dinner are super tasty and the portions are large, meal can be adjusted according to the guest's request and preferences 😊

Overall the apartment looked good, it was clean and the staff was polite. The place has a good potential, but it's run quite poorly.

There's a restaurant below apartments which turns into a nightclub in the evening. The music was so loud that our bed was literally shaking. It didn't stop until 2am. The towels and the bedding we were given were damp. Service in the restaurant was really bad, we waited for our food to come for 1.5 h. When it finally came, the food was cold. They had 3 different wifi networks in the restaurant, we couldn't connect to any of those and the waiters seemed quite annoyed when we asked for help. Even though we needed the wifi in order to see the Menu.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had been warned that there will be loud music coming from downstairs until 1am, which was good to know.

Even though we had been told that there is going to be loud music till 1am, it was so loud that we found it difficult to sleep.
