Vriendelijkheid van het hotelpersoneel eneten waren super

Eerder een opmerking voor booking, de foto was misleidend omdat we eigenlijk een soort van herenhuis hadden verwacht.

"Lovely conveniently situated hotel. Great if visiting the tulips and other towns in Holland other than Amsterdam"

Location was a perfect location. So easy on the buses to get there and a stop outside the hotel. Easy access to keukenhof and lots of other places nearby on bus and train from Leiden.

"Great location, staff are the best!"

The staff were exceptional! Very welcoming and we were given a welcome drink in the bar. We were given plenty of advice on where to see the tulips. We chose to walk to Keukenhof, it’s not a short walk but there were some beautiful tulip fields to see on the way. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Our room was at the front on the main road so was a bit noisy

"Perfect base for Keukenhof visit"

Quiet & clean room, hotel was easily accessible by public transportation and conveniently located for visiting Keukenhof. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, breakfast was nice and dinner was great.

Our room downstairs was quit dark, the windows were facing a wall less than 1,5 m away.

"Wonderful experience all round!"

Hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of ample size, was clean, and offered a good amount of cupboard/storage space. The bathroom was clean and provided everything which was required.

I have no criticisms, I thought the room and service were excellent.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was clean but basic. Parking was easy. Shower was excellent.

Heating controls lacked explaination. View was literally a brick wall.

"Petit hôtel avec parking près de Leiden et Keukenhof"

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les jardins de tulipes, le bord de mer, Leiden et doté d'un parking gratuit. Accueil attentionné.et aimable. Terrasse et restaurant très bien. Petit déjeuner salé sucré très bon. Chambres propres et confortables.

La description correspond parfaitement donc pas de mauvaises surprises.
