Hotel Pine

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral an der Promenade. Hatte ein Zimmer nach vorne raus, was durch die Lokale nicht gerade ruhig war.

Wonderful location with beautiful views along the promenade and bay. Spacious and clean room. Very good variety of food for breakfast

This was a repeat visit and unfortunately it did not live up to the standard of my first visit as one of the receptionist was not very friendly or cordial. I was greeted with a scowl and her response to my enquiry was dismissive and rude which was disappointing and not the way to treat hotel guests. To her credit this receptionist's attitude and customer service improved once I shared my concerns with her. And this was not my experience with the other receptionist or the restaurant staff who were very good.

Location was great, the restaurant food was great, the view was fantastic, the wifi was prety good. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

the aircon - it didn't seem to work, had some hot and stuffy nights where we had to keep the windows/doors all open.
