Casa Bonita Hotel y Hostal

Stayed in the dorm. Clean and comfortable. Air con, berth-style bunks with curtain, light, power and big shelf. Plus nice hotel touches like a bottle of water, soap and fresh towel, sheet and blanket/serape each day. A well-managed and scrupulously maintained hotel. Pleasant staff. Off-site parking with night watchman. Good value. Recommend.

The kitchen is rudimentary, with only a microwave and a few cups and plates. A sign advised to ask before using the small fridge or food would be disgarded. So I asked, and put my hot dogs in the fridge. They took them anyway. Not cool. Also, they appear to want to sell local coffee by the bag, but there isn't a pot or stove or coffee machine in the kitchen to make it with.

I liked the cleanness of the place. The staff was very friendly and accesible.

I think the conditions were great for being a hostel
