Отличный отель, шикарные номера, максимально отзывчивый персонал. Есть свой ресторан на пляже и лежаки.

Не знаю на сколько это относится именно к отелю, но в бич клабе просто ужасные туалеты, залитые водой с поломанными элементами.

The photos on booking are misleading. It looks like a big nice hotel when we got there. It was tiny and it was on a main road and not on the beach as it says I’m booking the hotel is overpriced for what you’re getting. Our room was facing the sea but mainly facing the main road. It was extremely noisy. All we heard was cars and trucks and not relaxing at all. The pool was absolutely tiny Terrible value for money overpriced

The heated indoor pool was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff at the beach restaurant, Bocasa, were fantastic, and the food was delicious — even the quality of the pizza exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is located near a busy road, the noise is barely noticeable at the beach, which was a definite plus. We also appreciated having access to a gym during our stay.

The hotel did not meet the expectations set by the photos. It is located next to a busy road, and the noise made it very difficult to enjoy the balcony or get a good night’s sleep. The outdoor pool was much smaller than expected — so small that at first we thought it was decorative. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The bacon was burnt and inedible, and the eggs were also badly burnt, as shown in the attached photos. Lots of sweet and bread-based options in the buffet, not many low carb or veggie options. Overall it wasn't great quality. Another major disappointment was that several advertised facilities were unavailable during our stay. The beautiful Limoneto restaurant shown in the photos was closed at the beginning of June, and the Zen garden and rooftop bar were also not open. This was not made clear to us when booking. The beach area also looked much worse than in marketing materials and felt almost neglected, as shown in the attached images. Entering the sea without water shoes was difficult. The gym equipment also seemed poorly maintained. There was only one ripped resistance band, and other useful equipment was missing. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the hotel fell short of the standard we would expect from a 5-star property. The reception team could also benefit from further training in high-level hospitality.

Vracamo se drugi put u ovaj objekat, bilo je sve sjajno, od smestaja, hrane, do spa centra. Svaka preporuka! Posebne pohvale za sjajne konobare koji su ucinili da se osecamo kao kod kuce 😊

Jedina zamerka koju bih izdvojila jeste osoblje na recepciji - devojke su bile prilicno formalne, nekomunukativne i ostavile su utisak kao da su tek krenule da rade i da nisu snadjene. Prosle godine su devojke bile mnogo ljubaznije i raspolozenije za razgovor.

Hotel was lovely - spacious with a little courtyard. 2 great dining options across the road. Helpful hosts.
