Personal Espectacular spa

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute . L’hôtel est bien décoré . Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits frais et de qualité . Séjour très agréable en famille

The hotel was charming and intimate, with an excellent location right by the beach and the added bonus of reserving sunbeds. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were generally efficient and courteous. Most of the team were polite and attentive—special recognition to the lady working in the spa, who remained professional despite the less-than-ideal conditions of the room. Outside of the hotel, we visited two local restaurants operated by other companies, where both the food and service were absolutely exemplary—showing what a difference a well-run dining experience can make.

Spa: The spa room was unbearably hot and stuffy with no air conditioning, making it anything but relaxing. I had booked three sessions but cancelled the third as it was simply uncomfortable. Restaurant: The Limoneta restaurant was shocking in terms of service. Despite only two other tables being occupied, it took an hour for our starter to arrive. The menu promised “scallops” yet we were served just one scallop each—at €28. The waiter’s poor attitude and repeated clumsiness made the whole experience feel like a scene from Fawlty Towers. We eventually left before our main course. Follow-up: Although one staff member handled our complaint well and kindly offered us a free lunch with wine, this was never communicated to the morning team. Instead, we were given unwanted fruit and drinks on the beach, and the chips we later ordered never arrived. By then, it felt like we had been labelled as complainers, which ruined the atmosphere for us

air condition in our room was weak... we were offered another room, but didnt had the energy to move. The stuff on site was good and helpfull. The reservation office were very hash and unattentive. We had a confusion with our reservation, we were asking for some consideration and got a strong negative answer. Although confusion was on our side, it would have been much more cusomer facing if they would show a little more sympathy and understanding
