Rova Hotel

I had an amazing stay at Rova Hotel, and the highlight was without a doubt the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. Davino was truly exceptional — not only did he assist us throughout our stay, but he also personally accompanied us to the local supermarket at night so we would feel safe, and even joined us on a visit to the zoo. Patricia was also outstanding, always ready to help and ensuring all our needs were met. When the charging sockets in our room weren’t working, she promptly gave us an extra room, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with — Vola, Sarah, Aurélie, and Nambivina — was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for.

The location is great as it is in the city centre and close to restaurants, bars and shops.

The room was on the second floor with no lift access, and with 2 pieces of luggage its quite cumbersome. Also water in the shower was scarce and not hot, unfortunately.

Arrivé a 23h30.drapde dessous taché pas de papier toilette ( sensation de chambre non nettoyée) Robinet de lavabo non fixé, filet d'eau , pas d'eau chaude ( chambre 115, 2eme étage) .depart Commande taxi 5h45) avec demande de prendre mes bagages dans ma chambre (2emeetage) non fait . Reservation taxi gare routière Cotisse transport ) le taxi m'a emmené gare routière soatrans . Obligé de négocier un nouveau prix pour m'emmener a la gare Cotisse. La réceptionniste appelée maintient la réservation pour Cotisse , le taxi maintient Soatrans... Résultat je paye un supplément pour que le taxi m'emmène a la bonne destination

La propreté de mon lit à mon arrivée et absence de papier toilette les deboirs. L'entretien de la robinetterie , la pression. De l'eau ainsi que l'absence d'eau chaude a minuit. Le matin longue attente avant d'obtenir de l'eau chaude.

L'hôtel est super, le personnel très accueillant. L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre était bien équipé et confortable.

Nice location

Cold rooms in winter. Toilet didn’t flush properly. They put additional fee on top of total price (including tax) shown on booking.com. A bottle of water is three times more expensive. Rooms are dark also.

Staff very helpful and attended promptly to concerns. Room is cosy. Malagasy breakfast was nice
