Que a pesar que el check in se hizo tarde (11:40pm) se respetó mi reservación y el personal fue muy atento

El cuarto con balcón tiene una clave de wifi antigua, pero basta con pedir la red y contra en el lobby

NO SERVIAN LOS CONTROLES O NO SERVIAN EL AIREACONDICIONADO Y LA TELEVISION, NO HAY ESTACIONAMIENTO TUVIMOS QUE DEJAR EL AUTO AFUERA.. ESTABA SUCIO EL PISO Y LAS SABANAS!!

El cuarto olia mal, el olor a humedad era muy fuerte, y el hotel no hizo nada para remediar la situacion.

Nada me gusto.

Las imágenes se ven bien en la web, pero al llegar al lugar me pareció poco limpio, la atención de la recepcionista malo, el cuarto muy descuidado, supuestamente recién remodelado, instalaciones malas, los sillones que están en el pasillo viejos, mugrosos, etc. Parece que es un hotel de paso y al ir con mi familia me decepcione mucho, la tele tampoco se veía bien, todo de color rosa. La verdad fue una mala experiencia.
