la gentillesse du personnel

il y a tromperie sur l'état de l'hôtel les images sur booking.com sont trompeuses chambre vieillot vue sur une casse de voiture Eau somatre coupure intempestifs manque d'eau chaude. services nettoyage chambre effectuée à 17h alors que nous étions absents toutes la journée.je ne comprend pas que cette hôtel est référencés sur votre site.
