It's a lovely little place, off the main road, very tranquil. Close to shopping and plaza, up a short steep-ish hill. Nice clean cool pool with lounge chairs. Good restaurant reasonably priced. Includes free continental breakfast. Simple room, nice shower, very clean. No tv. Staff is super kind, like most Mexicans. I was there to hike, and during rainy season when everything is green, it's a great destination.

The bed was hard.

Agua fría de la alberca y en este tiempo se requiere agua climatizada para poder utilizarla, ya que no hace mucho calor. El desayuno que incluye es continental (fruta, café, jugo y una rebanada delgada de pan de caja), si comes algo más hay que pagarlo con precio de la carta. No hay lugar de estacionamiento propio en el establecimiento, se lo llevan a estacionar.

Atención, comida del restaurante, limpieza e instalaciones excelentes. Comodidad, la terraza de la habitación excelente con una vista increíble con mucha vegetación.

las instalaciones en general me parecen limpias la comida rica y un lugar muy de adultos, no hay ruido, lo cual es muy bueno

mi habitación no tenía mosquitero, se que lo compensa el aire acondicionado, pero me gusta abrir la ventana, para ventilar

This little hotel is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our big room had its own little terrace with garden views. The beds were very comfortable and there was AC and a fan to keep us cool. The swimming pool was lovely; a perfect temperature, with nice lounge chairs a good towels provided. The simple continental breakfast (which was included) was delicious: fresh local fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, fresh squeezed juice, coffee. There was a menu if you wished to order more food. The plants, mosaics, fountains, statues, all made for a tranquil and pretty location to relax and unwind. We loved the views from the rooftop terrace. Storing our luggage before and after our stay was easy. It is a short walk to the center of town, but in a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. This hotel was our favorite place to stay of our 10 day trip to Mexico City and environs. The staff helped us order a taxi to the bus station.

I can't think of anything they could improve! Great place!

Very large room, nice view, excellent staff. Lovely landscaping.

Zero privacy at the pool and did not feel comfortable to use it. It's stuffed in the middle of the courtyard at the edge of dining room. You must walk literally on the pool perimeter to get to a block of rooms. Photos are misleading about the size and placement; it's really a wading pool. Deck is tiny. Wifi is terrible in the rooms and I needed to go to the lounge to get real internet service. I went there for a quiet place to work so uninterrupted Zoom calls are critical. Also, the room is huge but there was no desk so it was very uncomfortable. The room size is certainly large enough to accomodate a desk.
