A masseuse from the spa solicited me to come to the spa. I said I would come in evening. She said evening is dangerous at the hotel. I said I will book a room and stay the night. She said ok. I booked a room. When I got to the hotel on Saturday and checked in, the Venus spa girl messaged me saying I could not see her because she was busy studying. I paid for a hotel room for the night and the spa girl cancelled my appointment without any notice. It cost me a lot of money. What kind of hotel and spa are you running?

Staff was always friendly and helping whenever needed.

Despite the price of my stay, everyday room service cleaning would have been prefered and I was a little disappointed the swimmingpool was not in use. Other than that, I recommend the hotel for sure and look forward to come back!
