Самый большой плюс отеля - расположение. Весь центр города в шаговой доступности. Далее, очень комфортная температура. После прилёта температура упала до -20 градусов ночью. Тем не менее, в номере было комфортно даже без включения кондиционера. Ну и завтрак вполне себе хороший.

С Wi-Fi явно надо что-то делать. Останавливаюсь в этом отеле два года подряд и два года Wi-Fi то не работает, то работает как-то не так. И всё это приходится выяснять самому, так как персонал максимально инертный. Ну и второй минус - сам персонал. Они живут какой-то своей жизнью. Уборка номеров может прийти в 9 утра и настаивать, что убраться надо именно сейчас. А если отказаться, то вообще не уберут номер. Сама уборка чисто номинальная. Порой даже пыль не протирают. Отдал свитер с пятном на стирку. Вернули так же с пятном. Но денег взяли )

"Overcharged and not refunded! Poor customer care!"

I was overcharged my one night and while they admitted the mistake . They did not refund me while I was there. Now the stopped answering my messages for my refund.
