Facilities were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The Crowne Prince Plaza Saipan is located right on the beach. The rooms are very clean and the stack of very thrilling and helpful. A great bonus is there lounge for breakfast. The atmosphere is great here at the hotel near the beach The value of the rooms is great since I’m on Government rate Overall, great service The rooms are very quiet. Overall great experience

가라판, 마이크로 비치 접근성 최고였습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 숙소 시설도 만족스러웠어요. 다만 위생면에서는 좀 실망 스러웠습니다. 물때 머리카락 그대로 있었고 꼬질꼬질한 러그,쿠션.... 아이가 있어 침대 가드 요청했으나 가드가 너무 부실해서 가드역할을 제대로 하지 못했어요..

가라판 상권 이용이 편하고, 리조트에서 마이크로비치가 바로 이어져서 해질녘 노을보는 것과 아이랑 모래놀이 하기 좋음.

매일 이루어지는 룸청소는 쓰레기통 비우고 수건 교체가 끝인 듯. 발바닥 까매질만큼 바닥이 더러웠음. 침대가 높은데다가 침대가드는 부실하고 잘 빠져서 영유아에게 안전하지는 않음. 리조트 내 키즈풀이 폐쇄중이라고 예약시 인지하도록 공지가 이루어졌으면 함.

We stayed at the crowne plaza hotel Saipan for Christmas and year year. The location of the hotel is very convenient (close to the beach, restaurant, etc.). The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are nice. The hotel offers a lot of amenities and activities. We would stay here again.
