Staff was so good and kind. Good breakfast.

We waited 40 minutes for the transfer, and the room service was quite bad

I am writing this email at the last few hours of my beautiful accommodation in your esteemed hotel, which was motivated by ICECCME conference. I had a very good experience at Manhattan hotel with the good service and the kindness of your staff. I am looking forward to visiting your hotel again, and I will always recommend it to my friends and colleagues. I want to specify golden thanking words to Ms. Puja Kharka, the professional, kind, intelligent, and ever-smiling face of the hotel. Her dedication to work, and continuous smile despite the clear workload are amazing. During my accommodation, Ms. Puja did what is clearly beyond her duties: moving my objects from a room to another (as I upgraded the room), seeking a taxi for me in the street (when the taxi on application reservation gets late), reserves tourist trips for me when she can simply give me the link only, and many other things to comment. People at the front desk are the main representatives of the company, they make the company's efforts flourish or vanish. Ms. Puja has elegantly and wonderfully represented Manhattan hotel in the best shape. Congratulations to Manhattan hotel for choosing Ms. Puja amongst your team.

Less spicy options for breakfast are recommended.

Manhattan Business Hotel was a great place to stay immediately after our flight to Male. Their airport transfers and communication was excellent, staff being very professional and explaining everything we needed to know. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, and the coffee was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Maldives.

Everything is perfect! Fish market restaurant is delicious especially the drinks are the best! We would like to give full marks to every staff we met. They are nice and patient. Thanks for their kindness.
