TOTALLY Nothings can meet up to our minimum expectations !

It was a Disaster to have booked into this Halo Hotel !!! Those pictures shown on the Booking.com website were of ages ago! NEVER being updated, I suppose ?? The conditions of their rooms, amenities, furnishings; overall cleanliness & hygiene were beyond words can described and it was a HORROR experience having booked into this "Hotel - that does not even qualified for an INN",! If not because we arrived late at Semporna, we may not even want to stay for the Night !! Please also refer to our many Feedback through your Customers Service Channel - for those Messages. Another Hotel just located at the same row 2 doors away provides a much cleaner rooms with all expected amenities only sell at MYR80 & 90 for their Superior & Deluxe Rooms respectively. vs. this Run-down Halo Hotel that sold us at MYR130.30 per night that was equivalent to a Daylight Robbery ?!!! Booking.com should conduct a Mysterious Shopper Trip to this Property to DISCOVER for yourselves that our Feedback are indeed valid ?? Regards
