What breakfast?

It had a hot tub on the roof which seems great

Better communication from the property manager, was delayed responding when we requested a refund. The person at the desk didn't speak English.

This hotel is the definition of casual elegance — stunningly simple with a minimalist design that somehow manages to feel luxurious without trying too hard. The rooms are a masterclass in "less is more," with clean lines, soft neutral tones, and just the right amount of texture to keep things interesting. Nothing feels overdone, yet you end up with more than you need.

The pool and hot tub were great . Daniela at the desk was so friendly and helpful ,the rooms were clean ,the bed was comfortable . We will stay here again .

Very quiet room and hotel in general was quiet. Some staff were friendly, others not so much.

There was no hot water for all 3 days. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Very sparse decoration.

Quiet location and very comfortable and clean. We were on the top floor so the palapa was outside our door. Lots of cold available drinking water.

The hot tub was not hot, just kind of warm, so not great in February. No coffee maker in our room, but other guests said they had one. 🤷‍♀️

Super friendly staff! Clean, comfortable rooms and they had water available for refills- easy to get to and we would stay there again:) Pool AND hot tub too!
